Our property survey documents showed up the other day. Looks like the neighbor's fence encroaches on our property by a foot and a half. Time to meet the neighbors - and their 5 rottweilers!
The city also put in some fancy new brick sidewalks that we will get to tear up in order to put in the utilities. Yippee.

I hope your neighbor isn't a socialist...you know what they think of property rights...
We'll see what kind of reaction we get when we kindly ask them to move their fence.
I have noticed that I will be the only person in the area with an NRA sticker on my car.
the nice thing about brick sidewalks is you can put them back together again - unlike humpty-dumpty concrete walks.
Hey - I hope we get to see some of those funky british cars at some point too.
I'll send you a "Gun Control Means Hitting Your Target" bumper sticker. That might horrify the neighbors!
